HOW TO USE
Special Features
PIZZA (Upper Oven)
This function will automatically preheat the upper oven tem-
perature to cook either regular or rising crust frozen pizza.
Simply choose the type of crust (P1 for regular crust and P2
for rising crust) and set the desired cook time.
To set the oven for frozen pizza:

Press the
x
key once for regular crust and twice for
rising crust. Either
H
(regular crust) or
I
(rising crust)
will appear in the display.

Press the
q
key.

" " will appear in the display to indicate preheat. Alarm
will sound once preheat is complete.

Place pizza in the oven, close the door and then and set
the timer as per the chart below.

When cooking is complete press the
Y
key.

Remove food from the oven.

This chart is for reference only. Adjust the cook time accord-
ing to the recipe.
WARM (Upper & Lower Oven)
This function will maintain an oven temperature of 170°F. The
WARM
function will keep cooked food warm for serving up
to 3 hours after cooking has finished. The Warm function may
be used without any other cooking operations or can be used
after cooking has finished using TIMED BAKE or DELAYED
TIMED BAKE.
NOTE

The
WARM
function is intended to keep food warm. Do
not use it to cool food down.

When the lower oven is above 475°F, the
WARM
func-
tion of the upper oven cannot be used.

To set the WARM function:

to "TIMED COOK" or "DELAYED TIMED COOK" in the
How to Use section).

The Warm mode is set to turn on automatically after com-
pleting the timed cooking or delayed cooking time.
