QUICK TOUR - ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
Your TiVo box is ready to help vision- and hearing-impaired users get the most out of the TiVo
experience.
VISION
Find and enjoy your favorite shows using the screen reader (text-to-speech) and an audio
description track.
• Turn the screen reader on or off by pressing on your TiVo remote control for two
seconds.
• Turn the screen reader on with the voice command, “Turn on text-to-speech.”
• Turn on Audio Description, when available, by pressing on your remote control for two
seconds.
HEARING
Enjoy your favorite shows with easy-to-access Closed Captioning.
• Turn Closed Captioning on or off by pressing on your remote control for two seconds.
• Turn Closed Captioning on or off with the voice command, “Turn on/off Closed
Captioning.”
• Turn Closed Captioning on or off from the Info Banner. Just press the INFO button on
your remote control and select the Closed Caption icon
