1. Unlatch the front rack latches and open the front rack.
2. Remove the two battery hold down strap screws

and remove strap from
vehicle.
3. Disconnect the negative (-) black cable

first. Then disconnect the positive
(+) red cable

4. Carefully lift the battery out of the vehicle.
