BREAKFAST POWER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup natural yoghurt
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tbs *LSA mix (linseeds, sunower seeds & almonds)
1 tbs honey
BERRY KALE JUICE
Ingredients:
