Ingredients
4 lbs bison rib roast, roast ready
Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Olive oil
Method
Rub rib roast with olive oil, salt and
pepper.
Insert the roast probe into center of the
meat and place on top of the roasting
and grilling insert. Place into the Miele
Universal Tray.
