Problem Cause Solution
Coffee is too “bitter”. Coffee is ground too nely.
Preground coffee is too ne.
Adjust the grinding level to a
coarser setting. Use a coarser
ground coffee.
Unsuitable type of coffee. Change the type of coffee.
Coffee tastes burnt. The brewing temperature is
too high.
