5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Pat food dry with paper towels for crispier results. Lightly coat with oil if desired, using a spray bottle for even distribution.
  2. Load Baskets: Place food in a single layer in the baskets. Do not overfill. Ensure air can circulate around the food for even cooking.
  3. Insert Baskets: Slide the loaded baskets into the main unit until they click into place.
  4. Power On: Plug in the unit and press the Power button.
  5. Select Function: Press the function button (e.g., Air Fry, Roast) for the top or bottom basket. Use the corresponding arrow buttons to select.
  6. Set Temperature & Time: Use the +/- buttons to set the desired temperature and cooking time for each basket independently.
  7. Using SyncFinish: If you want both baskets to finish cooking simultaneously, press the SyncFinish button after setting individual times and temperatures. The display will adjust the timing automatically.
  8. Start Cooking: The appliance will begin preheating. Cooking will start automatically once the target temperature is reached. The timer will count down.
  9. During Cooking: You may shake or turn food halfway through the cooking time for even browning. Carefully pull the basket out by its handle, shake or flip food, and slide it back in.
  10. Completion: The timer will beep, and the appliance will stop heating. The display may show "END."
  11. Remove Food: Use oven mitts to carefully pull out the hot baskets. Place them on a heat-resistant surface.
  12. Cool Down: Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

5.2 Cooking Tips

  • Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes before adding food.
  • Capacity: Each basket can fit a whole 6 lb chicken. For smaller items like fries or vegetables, spread them in a single layer.
  • No Mixing Flavors: Use the dual baskets to cook foods with strong odors (like fish) separately from other items.
  • Reheating: Use the Reheat function to crisp up leftovers. Time and temperature will vary based on the food.
  • Dehydrating: Use the Dehydrate function for making jerky or dried fruits. Use lower temperatures (140°F-160°F) and longer times.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

  3. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior and the interior heating chamber with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Stubborn Residue: If food is stuck to the basket, soak it in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before washing.
