Use Guide
Parts Identification
- LED Indicator Lights: Show the remaining battery level (e.g., 4 LEDs for 75-100%, 1 LED for 0-25%).
- Power Button: Press to check battery level or to begin charging a connected device.
- USB-C Port: Used to recharge the power bank itself or to charge a device with your own cable.
- USB-A Port: Used to charge a device with your own USB-A to (e.g., Micro-USB, Lightning) cable.
- Built-in Type-C Cable: Pull out from the loop to charge compatible devices directly.
Charging the Power Bank (Recharging)
- Use a compatible USB-C wall charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included, except for the built-in cable which is output only).
- Connect the cable to the power bank's USB-C input port.
- Connect the other end to the wall charger and plug it into a power outlet.
- The LED indicators will light up sequentially to show charging progress. All indicators will be steady when fully charged.
Note: The built-in Type-C cable is for output only (charging your devices) and cannot be used to recharge the power bank itself.
3Charging Your Devices
You can charge your devices using one of three methods:
Method A: Using the Built-in Type-C Cable
- Pull the built-in cable out from its storage loop.
- Connect the Type-C end directly to your compatible device (e.g., Android phone, tablet).
- Press the power button on the power bank. The LEDs will indicate the remaining capacity, and charging will begin.
Method B: Using Your Own Cable (USB-A or USB-C Port)
- Connect your device's charging cable (e.g., USB-A to Lightning, USB-C to USB-C) to the appropriate port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end to your device.
- Press the power button to initiate charging.
Method C: Charging Multiple Devices Simultaneously
You can use multiple output ports at the same time (e.g., built-in cable + USB-A port). The total combined output will be up to 22.5W, which may be shared between the ports.
Checking Battery Level
Press the power button briefly. The number of illuminated LED indicators shows the approximate remaining capacity:
- 4 LEDs: 75% to 100%
- 3 LEDs: 50% to 75%
- 2 LEDs: 25% to 50%
- 1 LED: 0% to 25% (Time to recharge the power bank)

How to Charge Devices with the Powerbank:
- Connect your device to a USB or Type-C port of the Power Bank with a good quality charging cable. You can also connect your Type-C compatible devices directly through an in-built Type-C cable.
- While connecting, LED indicators will turn ON displaying the remaining battery capacity and the fourth dark green LED indicator will turn ON while “fast charging” is activated.
How to Charge Devices with the In-Built Type-C Cable:
- Gently lift the Type-C pin attached at the end of the hanging loop to convert it into a charging cable.
- Connect your Type-C compatible devices directly to the pin.
- Once done, carefully place the cable back into the powerbank.
How to Charge the Power Bank:
Use a good quality USB to Type-C charging cable. Plug the Type-C connector of the cable into the Power Bank’s input port and the other connector into the matching port of a USB power adapter. The LED indicator will start flashing according to the battery status.
- Use Type-C to Type-C cable for PD charging and USB to Type-C cable for QC charging.
- We recommend using the QC/PD 20W power adapter to get an enhanced charging speed.
- While charging, the fourth dark green LED indicator will glow and the corresponding battery capacity indicator (Green LED) will blink.
- When the fourth LED light is on, it means your power bank is charging your device quickly.
- When fully charged, all green LED indicators will turn ON and the blinking will stop.
- After the power bank is fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from the Power bank.
- The inbuilt Type-C cable does not support charging the power bank; it is only used for output to charge other devices.
How to Switch ON/OFF the Powerbank:
- Press the power button once to switch ON the power bank, the LED indicator will light up to show it's ON.
- Press the power button twice to switch OFF the power bank, the LED indicator will turn off to indicate it's OFF.

PRECAUTIONS
- Some USB cables that are not compatible with the power bank or can't be used should be avoided, instead, choose or purchase the charging cable of the same mobile brand to get adequate speed.
- When the power bank can't charge digital products, please check whether the charging cable and connectors are connected properly or change the cable. After digital devices are fully charged, please unplug the charging cable timely to avoid power loss.
- Because of the high charge and discharge current, please choose good quality charging cable and connectors.
- Please make sure the power bank is fully charged when using it for the first time. Make sure that the product is fully charged at least once in two or three months.
- During charging the power bank, please unplug the cable within 30 minutes when the power bank is fully charged.
- While using output through a single port, the powerbank delivers maximum power but if dual or more ports are used at the same time, then the power bank will divide power into two or three. For Example: Power Bank maximum Current delivers 3.0A.
- In single port usage, the Power bank will operate in only one parameter whether QC or PD and will provide the output ratio mentioned.
- If all the ports are used in a single phase, then the Power Bank will work on basic parameters and the current will be divided into all the ports.
- It’s always suggested to discharge the powerbank completely before recharging to get enhanced battery backup. Frequent top-ups after minimal use may reduce long-term performance.
SAFETY ALERTS AND GUIDELINES
- Keep your Power bank dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
- Do not clean your Power bank with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe it with a soft, water-dampened cloth.
- To prevent fire or shock hazards, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.
- Do not expose this unit to extremes of temperature.
- Immediately terminate the use of the product if the item bulges, smells or leaks.
- Please recharge the Power bank once a month if not in use to extend the lifetime of the battery.
- Please allow the Power bank to deplete significantly before recharging in order to preserve the lifetime of the battery.
- Check the voltage of the USB devices and power adapters carefully before usage.
- Do not place this unit directly onto furniture surfaces with any type of soft, porous, or sensitive finish. As with any rubber compound made with oils, the rubber finish could cause marks or staining where the product resides.
- Keep your device out of reach of small children to prevent danger.
- Lithium batteries, like all rechargeable batteries, are recyclable and should not be recycled or disposed of in normal household waste. Contact your local government for disposal or recycling practices in your area.
- Keep away from fire, water and excess temperature ( > 45°C ) and too low temperature ( <-20°C).
- Do not dismantle, crush, puncture or short circuit the power bank, or expose it to liquids, fire or an environment where the temperature is above 55°C.
Troubleshooting
| Issue |
Possible Cause |
Solution |
| Power bank does not turn on/ no LED lights. |
Battery is completely depleted. |
Connect the power bank to a wall charger using a USB-C cable for at least 30 minutes, then try again. |
| Device is not charging. |
Power bank battery is low; cable connection is loose; device port is faulty. |
Check power bank battery level. Ensure cable is firmly connected at both ends. Try a different cable or port. |
| Power bank is not recharging. |
Using an incompatible or low-power charger; faulty cable. |
Use a certified wall charger with an output of 5V/2A or higher. Try a different USB-C cable. |
| Power bank gets warm during use. |
Normal during high-power (fast) charging. |
This is typical. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and stop using it. |
| LED indicators flash abnormally. |
Potential internal fault or short circuit protection activated. |
Disconnect all devices and cables. Allow the unit to cool down. If problem persists, contact support. |
