How to Charge Devices with the Powerbank
1) Wired Charging
- Connect your digital device to a USB-A or USB-C port of the powerbank with a quality charge cable. This model doesn’t need to press the button to start the charging, just plug in and charging will start.
Note: We recommend you to use the original cable provider by mobile brands or
Ambrane for a better charging experience.
- After connecting, LED indicators on the powerbank will turn ON automatically. The first four Indicators will display the battery capacity ratio and the fifth blue LED indicator will turn ON while Quick Charge or Power Delivery mode is activated.
2) Wireless (Qi) & MagSafe Charging
- The AeroSync PB Snap offers compatibility with Qi-enabled and MagSafe wireless charging devices.
- To wirelessly charge your device, simply place it on the charging pad, ensuring alignment with the top of the base. Press the power button to initiate charging.
- The fifth LED indicator flashes green briefly to confirm wireless charging connection, then turns blue to indicate active charging.
- For optimal wireless charging, maintain a distance of less than 4mm between the charging pad and your smartphone.
Transform your Qi-compatible Device into MagSafe
MagSafe Technology is exclusive to iPhone 12 and above. However, you can achieve magnetic charging on Qi-enabled Non-MagSafe devices by attaching the included Magnetic Ring to your smartphone or case.
Enjoy the convenience of magnetic charging even on Android smartphones or Non-MagSafe iPhones like iPhone 8 to 11.
How to Charge the Powerbank
A quality charge cable with a USB-C connector on one end and a USB-A or USB-C on the other end can be used. Plug the USB-C connector of the cable into the powerbank’s input port (Type-C) and the other connector into the matching port of a USB power adapter. The LED indicator will start to flash and then stay solid one by one as the charging progresses.
Few Important Tips to Charge the Powerbank
- Use Type-C to Type-C cable for PD charging and USB-A to Type-C cable for QC charging.
- We recommend using the QC/PD 20W power adapter to get an enhanced charging speed.
Note: We recommend using a BIS-certified adapter to charge the powerbank.
- While connecting QC or PD input, the fifth blue LED indicator will glow which reflects the powerbank is in fast charging mode and the corresponding battery capacity indicator will blink.
- When fully charged, all four white LED indicators will turn ON and the blinking will stop.
- After the powerbank is fully charged, unplug the USB cable from the Powerbank.
Note: We suggest not to exceed the time up to one hour after fully charged for better safety of the powerbank.

Troubleshooting
| Problem |
Possible Cause |
Solution |
| Power bank does not turn on or charge devices. |
Battery is completely depleted. |
Recharge the power bank using a wall charger for at least 30 minutes before use. |
| Wireless charging is slow or doesn't start. |
Device not properly aligned; thick phone case; power bank battery low. |
Ensure device is centered on the MagSafe area. Remove thick or metal cases. Check power bank battery level. |
| Wired charging is not working. |
Faulty cable; incorrect port; power bank turned off. |
Try a different cable. Ensure you are using an output port (USB-C or USB-A). Press the power button to activate output. |
| Power bank gets warm during use. |
Normal during high-power charging (fast charging). |
This is normal. If it becomes excessively hot, stop charging and let it cool down in a well-ventilated area. |
| LED indicators are not lighting up. |
Battery completely dead; internal fault. |
Recharge the power bank. If the problem persists after a full recharge, the product may be faulty. |
SAFETY ALERTS AND GUIDELINES
- Keep your Powerbank dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
- Do not clean your Powerbank with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe it with a soft and dry cloth or use a microfiber cloth.
- To prevent fire or shock hazards, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.
- Do not expose this unit to extremes of temperature.
- Immediately terminate use of the product if the item bulges, smells or leaks.
- Please recharge the Powerbank once a month if not in use to extend the lifetime of the battery.
- Please allow the Powerbank to deplete significantly before recharging in order to preserve the lifetime of the battery.
- Check the voltage of the USB devices and power adaptors carefully before using them.
- Please ensure that there are no metal or magnetic things (cases, rings, coins, keys, etc.) around before using the wireless charging feature.
- Do not place this unit directly onto furniture surfaces with any type of soft, porous, or sensitive finish. As with any rubber compound made with oils, the rubber finish could cause marks or staining where the product resides.
- Keep your device out of reach of small children to prevent danger.
- Lithium batteries, like all rechargeable batteries are recyclable and should not be recycled or disposed of in the normal household waste. Contact your local government for disposal or recycling practices in your area. They should be incinerated since they might explode.
- Keep away from fire, water and excess temperature ( > 45°C ) and too low temperature ( <-20°C)
- Do not dismantle, crush, puncture and short circuit the powerbank, or expose it to liquids, fire or an environment where the temperature is above 55°C.
Precautions
- While charging the power bank, do not use it to charge your device.
- Some USB cables that are not compatible with the powerbank or can't be used should be avoided, instead, choose or purchase the charging cable of the same mobile brand to get adequate speed.
- When the powerbank won't charge digital products, please check whether the charging cable and connectors are connected properly or change the cable. After digital devices are fully charged, please unplug the charging cable timely to avoid power loss.
- Because of the high charge and discharge current, please choose good quality charging cable and connectors.
- Please make sure the powerbank is fully charged when using it for the first time. Make sure that the product is fully charged at least once in two or three months.
- Prolonged use will increase the temperature of the powerbank which is a normal phenomenon.
- During charging of the powerbank, please unplug the cable within 30 mins when the powerbank is fully charged else overcharging will harm the battery.
- While using output through a single port, the powerbank delivers maximum power but if dual or more ports are used at the same time, then the powerbank will divide power into two or three. For Eg: Powerbank Maximum Current delivers 3.0A.
- In single port usage, the Powerbank will operate in only one parameter whether QC or PD and will provide the output ratio mentioned.
- If all the ports are used in a single phase then the powerbank will work on basic parameters and the current will be divided into all the ports.
- It’s always suggested to discharge the powerbank completely before recharging to get enhanced battery backup. Frequent top-ups after minimal use may reduce long-term performance.
