Use Guide

Step 1: Charge the Devices

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the collar receiver and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
2. Connect the second USB cable to the remote control.
3. Charge both devices for approximately 1.5 hours until the indicator shows full charge.

Step 2: Fit the Collar

1. Choose the appropriate static probes: short for short-haired dogs, long for thick/long-haired dogs. Screw them into the receiver.
2. Thread the nylon strap through the receiver loops.
3. Place the collar around the dog’s neck. The probes should contact the skin firmly but not cause discomfort. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and the dog’s neck.
4. Secure the buckle. Trim any excess strap length if necessary.

Step 3: Pair the Remote and Collar

The remote and collar are pre-paired at the factory. If you need to re-pair, follow these steps:

1. Turn on the collar receiver (press and hold the power button until the LED flashes).
2. Turn on the remote.
3. Press and hold the “Pair” button on the remote for 3 seconds. The collar LED will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

Step 4: Select a Training Mode

1. Press the Mode button on the remote to cycle through: Beep → Vibration → Safe Static → Static Boost.
2. Use the “+” and “–” buttons to adjust the intensity level (Vibration: L/M/H; Static: 1–99).
3. Press the “Send” button to deliver the stimulation. Release immediately.

Step 5: Use the Lock Feature

To prevent accidental button presses, press and hold the Lock button for 2 seconds. The screen will show a lock icon. Repeat to unlock.

Step 6: After Training

• Turn off the collar receiver and remote to save battery.
• Remove the collar from the dog.
• Clean the probes and strap with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the remote in water.

Important Safety Notes

• Do not leave the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
• Do not use the collar on dogs with health issues (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy) without consulting a veterinarian.
• Always start with the lowest stimulation level and increase gradually.

Troubleshooting
