Initial Setup and Refilling
- Remove the Cap: Firmly grip the main body of the dispenser and twist the top cap counterclockwise to unscrew it.
- Fill with Liquid: Pour your chosen liquid (e.g., dish soap, hand soap, lotion, shampoo) into the container. Do not overfill. Leave some space below the neck of the opening.
- Replace the Cap: Screw the top cap back on by turning it clockwise until it is snug.
- Prime the Pump (First Use or After Refill): Press the pump head down several times until liquid is dispensed. This primes the pump mechanism by drawing liquid up the tube.
Daily Operation
- Place the dispenser on a stable, level surface such as a kitchen countertop, bathroom vanity, or near a sink.
- To dispense liquid, place your hand under the spout and press down firmly on the pump head with your other hand.
- Release the pump head to allow it to return to its original position, ready for the next use.

- Repeat with clean water to rinse thoroughly.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before refilling with soap or lotion.
- Pump Maintenance: If the pump becomes stiff or fails to dispense, disassemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions (if possible) and rinse components in warm water to remove residue.
Troubleshooting
- Pump does not dispense liquid: Ensure the dispenser has been primed by pressing the pump several times. Check that the container is filled with liquid and the suction tube is submerged.
- Liquid leaks from the pump or spout: Ensure the top cap is screwed on tightly. Check that the internal plastic liner in the nozzle is intact and correctly positioned.
- Pump feels stiff or stuck: The mechanism may be clogged with dried or thick residue. Clean the pump and interior as described in the Cleaning section.
- Dispenser tips over easily: Attach the included adhesive EVA pads to the bottom of the unit to increase stability on smooth surfaces.
