Installation & Setup

Unpacking

Remove the washing machine and all accessories from the packaging. The box should contain:

  • 1 x Washing Machine Unit
  • 1 x Inlet Hose
  • 1 x Drain Hose
  • 1 x User Manual

Inspect all parts for any shipping damage.

Placement

  1. Place the machine on a flat, stable, and waterproof floor near a standard 110V electrical outlet.
  2. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for air circulation and access to the drain pump outlet.
  3. Adjust the feet, if necessary, to ensure the machine is level and does not rock.
  4. Position the machine close to a water source (faucet) and a drainage point (sink, bathtub, or floor drain).

Connecting Hoses

  1. Inlet Hose: Connect one end of the provided inlet hose to the water inlet valve on the back of the machine. Connect the other end to a standard faucet. Ensure connections are hand-tight to prevent leaks.
  2. Drain Hose: Connect the drain hose to the drain pump outlet on the back of the machine. Place the free end of the hose into a sink, bathtub, or floor drain. The built-in pump allows drainage to a higher location if needed.

Use Guide

Control Panel Overview

The control panel has three knobs:

  • Wash Timer Knob: Controls the duration of the wash cycle (up to 15 minutes).
  • Wash Mode Selector Knob: Selects between "Wash" and "Drain" functions for the washing tub.
  • Spin Timer Knob: Controls the duration of the spin cycle (up to 5 minutes).

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Loading and Washing

  1. Open the lid of the washing tub (left side).
  2. Load clothes loosely, not exceeding the 24 lb (approx. 11 kg) capacity. Do not overload.
  3. Add laundry detergent directly into the tub with the clothes. Follow detergent manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Close the washing tub lid securely.
  5. Turn on the water faucet and allow the washing tub to fill to the desired water level. Do not exceed the maximum fill line inside the tub.
  6. Set the Wash Mode Selector knob to "WASH".
  7. Set the Wash Timer knob to the desired number of minutes (up to 15). The washing cycle will begin immediately.

Step 2: Draining the Wash Tub

  1. After the wash timer completes and stops, set the Wash Mode Selector knob to "DRAIN".
  2. The drain pump will activate, pumping water out through the drain hose. Ensure the drain hose is properly positioned.
  3. For rinsing, you may refill the tub with clean water, run the wash timer for a few minutes, then drain again. Repeat as necessary.

Step 3: Spin Drying

  1. Once washing and rinsing are complete and the wash tub is drained, transfer the wet clothes from the washing tub to the spin tub (right side).
  2. Important: Distribute clothes evenly around the inside wall of the spin tub to maintain balance. Do not exceed the 16 lb (approx. 7 kg) spin capacity.
  3. Close the spin tub lid securely.
  4. Place the provided drain cover over the spin tub opening to prevent water from splashing back into the tub.
  5. Set the Spin Timer knob to the desired number of minutes (up to 5). The spin cycle will begin immediately, extracting water from the clothes.
  6. After the spin cycle finishes, open the lid and remove your clothes.

Note: You can run the wash cycle and spin cycle simultaneously using the two separate tubs.

Care & Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Clean the lint filter (if present) and the interiors of both tubs periodically.
  • After Use: Leave the lids open to allow the interior to dry and prevent mildew.
  • Drain Pump: Ensure the drain hose and pump outlet are kept clear of debris.
  • Storage: If storing for an extended period, drain all water from the hoses and tubs. Store in a dry place.
  • Transport: Use the handles (if equipped) to move the machine. Empty all water before moving.

Troubleshooting

  • Machine does not start: Check that the power cord is plugged into a working 110V outlet. Ensure the lids are closed completely, as a safety switch may prevent operation.
  • Water does not drain: Ensure the Wash Mode Selector is set to "DRAIN". Check that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged and is positioned lower than the pump outlet.
  • Excessive vibration or noise during spin: The load in the spin tub is likely unbalanced. Stop the machine, redistribute the clothes evenly around the tub, and restart.
  • Water leaks: Check all hose connections to ensure they are tight. Inspect hoses for cracks or damage.
  • Poor washing/spinning performance: Do not overload the tubs. Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent.

Safety Information

  • This appliance is for household use only.
  • Connect to a properly grounded 110V/60Hz electrical outlet.
  • Do not operate the machine if the power cord or plug is damaged.
  • Do not use an extension cord.
  • Always turn off the machine and unplug it from the outlet before cleaning, maintenance, or when not in use.
  • Do not place the machine in areas where it may be exposed to rain or standing water.
  • Do not allow children to play on or with the appliance.
  • The spin tub rotates at high speed. Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from the opening while it is operating. Always close the lid during the spin cycle.
