Overview
The RDINSCOS MT93 is a digital, pin-type moisture meter designed to measure moisture content in various building materials. It features a rechargeable battery, a color LCD display, and multiple measurement modes.

Use Guide
Initial Setup
- Fully charge the device using the provided USB-C cable before first use.
- Power on the device.
- Select the appropriate measurement mode for your material (e.g., Softwood, Hardwood).
Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the material surface is clean and smooth for best results.
- Firmly press the two metal pin probes into the material you wish to test. Insert them fully to their base.
- Wait for the reading on the LCD display to stabilize.
- To record a reading, press the HOLD button. The display will freeze the current value.
- Remove the pins from the material.
Note: The percentage readings are relative reference values. For wood, accuracy is within ±2%. Do not use this device on metal surfaces.
Mode Selection
- Use the mode button to cycle through the available settings.
- For low-density materials, select the Softwood mode.
- For high-density materials, select the Hardwood mode.
- Refer to the device's quick-start guide for specific mode recommendations for masonry, drywall, etc.
Charging and Battery
Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the device to recharge. The battery is included and is rechargeable. The device will automatically shut off after 5 minutes of non-use to save power.
