1. Overview
The OMRON NEB6021 is an original accessory replacement set designed for the OMRON C102 Total Nebuliser. It is intended to replace worn or contaminated parts to maintain the device's hygiene and performance.
Regular replacement of nebuliser components is a standard maintenance procedure to ensure effective medication delivery and prevent contamination.
1.1 Intended Use
This set is used to replace key consumable parts of the OMRON C102 Total Nebuliser. It is specifically configured for use by children.
1.2 Package Contents
Verify that your package contains the following items:
- Nebulizer Kit (Nebuliser Chamber): The cup where medication is placed and aerosolized.
- Child Mask: A transparent mask designed to fit a child's face.
- Air Tube: Connects the nebulizer kit to the main compressor unit.

3. Assembly and Use Guide
Follow these steps to replace the old parts on your C102 Total Nebuliser with the new components from this set.
3.1 Preparation
- Ensure the C102 Total compressor unit is turned off and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Remove and dispose of the old nebulizer kit, mask, air tube, and adapter from the compressor unit.
3.2 Connecting the New Parts
- Connect the Air Tube to the Compressor: Firmly push one end of the new air tube onto the air outlet port on the C102 Total compressor unit.
- Connect the Adapter: Push the other end of the air tube onto the stem of the new adapter.
- Connect the Nebulizer Kit: Attach the adapter to the inlet port on the bottom of the new nebulizer kit. Ensure it is secure.
- Attach the Child Mask: Connect the new child mask to the outlet port on the top of the nebulizer kit. It should click into place.
3.3 Performing a Treatment
- Add the prescribed medication to the nebulizer kit as instructed by your doctor or the medication leaflet. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Place the mask comfortably over the child's nose and mouth, ensuring a good seal.
- Turn on the C102 Total compressor unit. The medication will begin to aerosolize.
- Instruct the child to breathe normally through the mask until the medication is finished and sputtering occurs.
- Turn off the compressor unit.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning is essential to prevent infection and ensure device function.
4.1 After Each Use
- Disconnect the nebulizer kit and child mask from the air tube and adapter.
- Wash the nebulizer kit and child mask in warm water with a mild detergent.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean, hot tap water.
- Shake off excess water and allow the parts to air-dry completely on a clean towel in a dust-free area.
- Wipe the exterior of the main compressor unit with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Do not immerse it in water.
4.2 Weekly Disinfection
Note: Disinfect the nebulizer kit and child mask once a week, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
- After cleaning, disinfect the parts by boiling them in water for approximately 10 minutes.
- Exception: Do not boil the air tube or adapter (PVC parts), as they can harden and deform.
- Alternatively, use a commercially available disinfectant suitable for nebuliser parts, following the manufacturer's instructions precisely.
- After disinfection, rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water to remove any disinfectant residue.
- Allow to air-dry completely before reassembly and storage.
4.3 Replacement Schedule
To maintain hygiene and optimal performance, replace the components at the following intervals:

5. Storage
- Store the clean, dry nebuliser parts in the original packaging or a clean, sealed bag to protect from dust.

- Do not store the nebuliser with medication left in the chamber.
6. Troubleshooting
