Thank you for this question not all Rinnai models comes supplied with this longer hose and powercord factory fitted, the only model available factory fitted is the Avenger 25 NOT the plus model you are able to notice this in the RINNAI Model numbers: such as Rinnai Avenger Natural Gas Heater AV25N3 The number 3 at the end of the model number refers to 3mtr connections.

Please be advised that this unit does come with a convection fan
which runs with a slight hum which is very faint.

plug the bayonet into the wall socket place the power cord with plug
