TIPS FOR GRINDING
The size of grind will determine the avor of your coee depending
on the type of brew you use. If the grind is too big the avor will be
under-extracted causing a sour avor. If the grind is too small the
avor will be over-extracted causing a bitter avor. Refer to the
table below for troubleshooting grind size.
