#1 Can this fan have a remote to control the fan for ADA requirements.?

Thank you for reaching out. We're happy to help. This vent does not have a remote control accessory that goes with it. We have found that model PVX7300SJSS does have a remote control accessory.

#2 Can this or another 30" range hood be used as recirculating unit. Is there a recirculating kit that needs to be attached. It can not be vented outside.

Yes this hood is an excellent choice! It can be vented to the outdoors, or it can be installed for
recirculating operation. Please make sure this hood is installed onto a cabinet.

If the model is not vented to the outside, the air needs to be recirculated through a disposable charcoal filter that helps remove smoke and odors. We recommend that you do not rinse, or put charcoal filter in an automatic dishwasher. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned. It must be replaced. It is recommended that the charcoal filter be replaced every 6-12 months or if it is noticeably dirty or discolored. There is no recirculating kit that needs to be attached. We have enclosed the link to our use and care manual on how to install the charcoal filter. It is found on page 7. You can also purchase it on our GEA parts website.

#3 is the venting for the hood to be a dedicated vent or can it connect to exhaust ventilation?

This amazing hood is a convertible ventilation system; it can be used as a recirculating or externally vented.
