#1 Can this successfully temper in high humid conditions?

Yes, I live in the coastal range in Oregon. We have lots of humidity and it works fine.

#2 Did any of you buy and use the warranty?

Never needed to use the warranty. I use mine regularly and I never needed it. As long as you are using it for a small amount of chocolate, its perfect! Easy to clean too.

#3 What is the capacity of ball for tempering chocolate?

I do'nt know. So it is not written thisu ball

#4 Are you sure it's 60 watt because I nead to buy adapter?

The ChocoVision MiniRev1 has a 3-prong receptacle. I use it in a standard 110V outlet. An adaptor is not necessary.

#5 What's the least amount of chocolate I can put into this tempering machine?

You can put in as little as you want. To me it's a lot of clean up for a small amount of chocolate though. If you just need a small amount of melted chocolate I would get some quality chocolate chips and melt them in the microwave.
