Is there a trim kit to get the built-in look?
There is a trim kit available as an extra purchase but there are still gaps on all sides between the microwave and the trim. We used the 30" trim kit and this microwave is so small that it looked odd after installing.

Does this oven have a "dough proof" temperature setting?
This KitchenAid® Microwave does not have a dough proof option. We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause you.

How quiet is the microwave?
We try to manufacture all of our appliances to be a quite as possible.

We are looking at alternatives to regular ovens and have a 26 inch space in a 30 year old Kitchen. We love our convection/microwave that is wearing out and want a new one. What is the "Grilling" option in this model?
The grilling option of this Microwave uses a calrod thermal element that heats quickly to grill a variety of foods. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you.

I would like to bake a casserole in a 9x13 pan. However, the 9x13 pan only fits into the microwave diagonally, so it will not turn with the turntable. Am I able to remove the turntable and bake a casserole with it stationary? Or will it not bake correctly.
We do not recommend removing the turntable to place the pan inside. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.

How much clearance is needed in the back of the unit? Can it be installed right to the rear cabinet wall or does it need to vent there?
For best usability (non installing over a built in oven), we recommend
a minimum distance of 36" (91.4 cm) from the floor to the cutout floor. Make sure the surrounding cabinetry has clearance to open and close freely. Allow a clearance of at least 1⁹⁄₁₆" (4.0 cm) below the cutout floor (3" [7.6 cm] for installation above a built-in oven), and a clearance of at least 2" (5.1 cm) above the cutout opening.

What are the power requirements? 110 or 220?
We recommend that all of our Appliances have a 120 volt outlet available for use. We hope this information helps.

Can you run both the convection oven part and the microwave part at the same time for faster cooking?
You can only run one option at a time.

Is the turntable removable and can you turn the rotation off and on if you want?
You are able to remove the turntable. You are not able to shut off the rotation.

Since this is also a convection oven can i put metal baking pans in this microwave oven?
Use ovenproof bakeware. Metal bakeware may be used during the Convection Bake cycle. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you.

What are the dimensions of this microwave?
Product Height 12.50 inches
Product Width 21.75 inches
Product Depth 20.50 inches

How long is the power cord and is it attached on the right or left side of the rear cabinet?
The electric cord is about 40 inches and is located in the upper right corner. Hope this answer is helpful.
