Bosch HEI7282U/06 Questions and Answers

#1 Besides the glass cooktop, how do I clean the other glass surfaces of my range?

Clean the glass with hot, soapy water or a glass cleaner. Rinse and dry.

#2 How do I activate my oven’s self-cleaning feature? Note: Applicable for models with the self-cleaning feature only.

If your oven has a self-cleaning feature, follow the instructions in your owner's manual to activate it. Before self-cleaning, make sure the oven has completely cooled and remove all racks and accessories. Then, wipe away spills, pools of oil, and excess debris in the oven with a cloth. For double ovens, you can only self-clean one oven at a time.

#3 How do I change the oven light bulbs?

Refer to your owner's manual to learn how to change the light bulbs.

#4 How do I clean my oven's broiler pan and tray?

Wash both by hand with hot, soapy water or wash them in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use the oven's self-cleaning mode to clean the pan and tray.

#5 How do I clean my oven's flat rack?

Wash with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry. Do not clean the rack in the self-cleaning oven. If flat racks are cleaned in the oven during the self-cleaning mode, they will lose their shiny finish and may not glide smoothly. If this happens, wipe the rack edges with a small amount of vegetable oil, then wipe off.
