GE - General Electric HTS22GBPBRWW Questions and Answers

#1 Where do I find replacement parts, accessories and literature for small household appliances bought at Walmart?

In 2000, General Electric Company launched a new line of housewares products through Walmart, but the program ended in 2015, and inventory is no longer available. Products sold at that time included (but is not limited to): Coffee makers, waffle irons, toasters, and irons. Unfortunately, since these products are now obsolete, we do not have literature or replacement parts available, and we are unable to provide assistance for them.
In 1984 General Electric Company sold its Housewares Division to Black & Decker. Black & Decker then sold its household products business to Windmere-Durable Holdings, Inc. in 1998. As a result, Black & Decker no longer has an 800 number for Customer Service on household products.

#2 Where should returned, damaged, or unneeded parts and accessories be shipped?

In order to return damaged or unneeded parts, you need to complete the online returns process and get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Through this process, you will be given instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address. A RMA number is required for a return and must be visible on the return package or the return will not be processed.
