TROUBLESHOOTINTING GUIDE
Use the below list to identify if your clothes dryer is having any issues and to
identify and solve any problems. If you cannot solve the problem, contact our call
centre on 1300 296 699.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Display does not turn on
• Check if the power supply is plugged in
• Check the selected programme
• Press the On/O button

• Empty water Container
• If the light is still on, call customer service.

• Clean lint filter
Dryer does not start
• Check the door is closed properly
• Check if the programme has been set
• Check if the start button has been pressed.
Degree of dryness was not
reached or drying time is too
long
• Clean lint filter and heat exchanger
• Empty Water Container
• Check drain hose
• Where the dryer has been installed is too restricted
and may not have enough ventilation.
• Clean the moisture sensors
• Keep the air inlet clean
• Use higher drying intensity level programme or
time programme.
