#1 How to connect my VIZIO TV to the internet?

Press the menu key on your VIZIO remote.
Use the arrow keys to navigate down to the 'Network' option, and press the OK key on your remote.
You will see a list of available wireless networks. Highlight your network, and press the OK key.
You will likely be prompted to enter in your network's password at this point. Keep in mind the password is case sensitive, and requires special characters be entered in.
Your TV will now connect to the network. If you are experiencing any issues with these steps, the below troubleshooting might help.

#2 I don't see my devices showing in the list of available devices?

The VIZIO SmartCast Mobile App uses your home Wi Fi network to find and pair your devices. So if you're not seeing the device you're looking for either your phone isn't connected to your network, or you haven't connected your TV or sound bar.

#3 Can I control more than 1 device?

Yes. There's an option option to select device at the top of the screen. Just add any other devices, and you'll be able to control them with the app.

#4 Can I pair multiple devices to the TV? Like a family members phone?

Yes you can. Just download the SmartCast mobile app on their device- and follow the same steps.

#5 Do I need to pair my phone to use Google ChromeCast or Apple AirPlay?

No. Those features will work outside of SmartCast mobile. As long as the TV and you Cast/AirPlay device are connected to the network they'll discover each other and be able to play content.
