3. Receiving
Documents
When the reception mode is set to FAX, the fax machine will
automatically answer all calls on four rings and receive incoming
faxes.
4 rings Fax reception
♦ If you pick up the handset before the machine answers, you can talk
to the other party and/or receive a document as explained in Using
TEL mode.
To select FAX mode,
press the
RECEPTION
MODE
key until the arrow
in the display points to
FAX.

Note: If you receive a fax while scanning a document into the
Multifunction Desktop on your computer, scanning may be canceled.
