TROUBLESHOOTING

Unit does not start There is a power supply failure

in and the power outlet has power

work

The air purifier is noisy and

The unit is not level Ensure the unit sits on a hard and
level surface. Do not place the unit
on carpet.
Unit always runs on the high-
est speeds when in Automatic
Mode
Air Quality Sensor has dust on it
