GE - General Electric JTS5000FNDS Questions and Answers

#1 Can you leave the oven drawer slightly open when broiling?

Modern wall ovens are designed specifically for closed door broiling and produce optimal broiling results. It is a good idea to use closed-door broiling when cooking in an oven where the controls are above the door. This helps protect the controls from getting too hot.
