Tikom G8000 PRO Error Voice Prompt

Error 1: Insert dust bin.

Cause:

1.Dust bin doesn't install well.

2.Dust bin is taken out

Solution:

Re-install dust bin and slightly press dust bin

Error 2: Put the vacuum on the floor before starting.

Cause:

1.Robot is picked up or suspended in the air.

2.Anti-drop sensor is dirt.

3.Robot is on the black carpet which anti-drop sensor feel black carpet is cliff.

Solution:

1.Please move robot to a flat surface and restart robot

2.Clear Anti-Drop Sensor by Damp cloth as * 4.5 Clean Sensor and Charging Contracts at page 35

3.Use supplied boundary strips to block robot walk onto black carpet

4 Restart robot as “3.13 Restart Robot" in page 31

Error 3: Move the vacuum to a safe area before starting. 

Cause:

1.Robot is blocked or placed in a high place.

2.Anti-drop sensor is dirt.

Solution:

1. Please move the robot to a flat surface and restart robot

2.Clear Anti-drop sensor by damp cloth.

Error 4: Put the machine flat on the ground before starting.

Cause:

Robot Navigation module is malfunction

Solution:

Restart robot as "3.13 Restart Robot " in page 31

Error 5: Front bumper is stuck.

Cause:

Front bumper is stuck.

Solution:

Please gently press the left. middle and right part of the bumper to check| nether it can pop out

Error 6: Suction is not working well. please check.

Cause:

The suction inlet of your robot is being blocked. 

Solution:

1.Power off the robot. then remove and empty the Dust Bin.

2. Make sure there is no hair or debris blocking the suction inlet

Error 7: The vacuum is stuck.

Cause:

Robot is stuck or trapped 

Solution:

Clear any obstacles in the surrounding area or move robot to jan open ground before starting. 

Error 8: Wheels are Stuck.

Cause:

1.Left or right wheels may be stuck or entangled with foreign objects inside wheels.

2.Robot is stuck by foreign objects on the ground, which robot couldn't move 

Solution:

1 .Power Off robot. turn over robot. Use hand to push wheels and rotate} wheels to check if there is foreign objects inside wheels.

2. Move robot to open space

Error 9: Main Brush is Stuck.

Cause:

Main brush may be stuck or entangled with foreign objects. 

Solution:

Power Off robot and take off main rush guard. please clean main brush as “4.3 Clean Main Brush" in Page 34

Error 10: Side brush is stuck.

Cause:

Side brush may be stuck or entangled with foreign objects.

Solution:

Power off robot. then please check he side brush and remove the foreign objects as “4.4 Clean Side Brush” in Page 35

Error 11: Back to the beginning.

Cause:

1.Robot can't find charging station.

2.Charging station isn't powered on. 

Solution:

1.To check if charging station is powered and power indication on charging station is on.

2.Put robot onto charging station
