4.1 Before First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash the frying basket and rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Wipe the exterior and interior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  4. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure at least 5 inches of clearance on all sides, especially the rear vent.
  5. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V outlet.

4.2 Basic Operation

  1. Preheat (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Set the desired temperature and press the power button. The timer can be set to 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare Food: Place food in the basket. Do not overfill. For even cooking, leave space between items. Lightly coat food with oil if desired, using up to 95% less oil than traditional frying.
  3. Select Cooking Mode:
    • Preset: Press the corresponding preset button (e.g., "Fries"). The default time and temperature for that food will be set.
    • DIY Mode: Press the temperature or timer buttons to manually set your preferred values.
  4. Start Cooking: Press the power button to begin. The display will show the remaining time.
  5. During Cooking: You can pull the basket out at any time to check or shake food. The heating will auto-pause. Slide the basket back in to resume.
  6. When Finished: The timer will sound. Carefully remove the basket (it will be hot). Check that food is cooked thoroughly.
  7. Standby: The unit will enter standby mode after cooking. Unplug the appliance when cool and not in use.

4.3 Cooking Tips

  • Shake or turn food halfway through cooking for more even results.
  • Preheating is recommended for frozen foods or meats to achieve a crispier texture.

  • Refer to the included recipe book for specific time and temperature recommendations.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Basket and Rack: These are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.
  3. Main Unit Interior: Wipe the inside of the heating chamber with a damp cloth or soft brush to remove any food particles.
  4. Exterior: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
