Digital Display & Controls

Close-up view of the inflator's digital display and control buttons
  • LCD Screen: Shows both the target pressure (set value) and the current real-time pressure.
  • Unit Button: Cycles through pressure units: PSI, bar, kPa, Kg/cm².
  • Mode Button: Selects between four preset inflation modes and a custom mode:
    • Car Mode: Preset limit of 60 PSI for safety.
    • Motorcycle Mode
    • Bicycle Mode
    • Basketball Mode
    • Custom Mode: Allows manual pressure setting from 0 to 160 PSI.
  • + / - Buttons: Increase or decrease the target pressure setting.
  • Power/Light Button: Turns the inflator on/off. Press and hold to toggle the built-in LED flashlight between steady light and SOS modes.
  • Low Battery Indicator: The display will show a warning when the battery charge is low.

Automatic Shut-Off

Fast Inflation

Equipped with a 25mm large cylinder and a brushless motor. Can inflate a 195/65/R15 car tire in under 3.5 minutes.

3. Getting Started

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the inflator's power switch is in the OFF position.
  2. Insert a compatible, fully charged Milwaukee M18 18V battery into the battery port on the inflator until it clicks securely into place.
NOTE: Only use official Milwaukee M18 18V batteries or compatible third-party batteries confirmed to work with the listed model numbers. Using an incompatible battery may damage the inflator and void the warranty.

3.2 Attaching the Hose and Nozzle

  1. Screw the air hose firmly onto the outlet port on the inflator.
  2. Select the appropriate nozzle for your valve type (e.g., Schrader valve for car tires).
  3. Attach the nozzle to the end of the air hose.

4. Operation Guide

4.1 Inflating a Tire

  1. Set the Target Pressure:
    • Press the Power button to turn on the display.
    • Use the Mode button to select the appropriate preset (Car, Motorcycle, etc.) or Custom mode.
    • In Custom mode, use the + and - buttons to set your desired pressure. Refer to your vehicle's manual or tire sidewall for the correct PSI.
    • Use the Unit button to select PSI, bar, kPa, or Kg/cm² if needed.
  2. Connect to the Tire:
    • Remove the valve cap from the tire.
    • Firmly press the nozzle onto the tire valve stem. You may hear a brief hiss of air; ensure the connection is tight to prevent air leakage.
  3. Start Inflation:
    • The display will show the current tire pressure.
    • Press and hold the Power button. The motor will start, and inflation will begin.
    • Keep the nozzle firmly pressed onto the valve during inflation.
  4. Automatic Stop:
    • The inflator will automatically shut off when the target pressure is reached.
    • The display will now show the final pressure.
  5. Disconnect and Finish:
    • Quickly remove the nozzle from the valve stem to minimize air loss.
    • Replace the valve cap on the tire.
    • Press the Power button to turn off the inflator's display.

4.2 Using the LED Flashlight

Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds when the inflator is off to activate the built-in LED light. Each subsequent press and hold will cycle through: Steady Light → SOS Flashing Mode → Light Off.
