4. Use Guide

4.1 Before First Use

1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
2. Wash all removable accessories (mesh racks, drip tray, frying basket, rotisserie fork) with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4. Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls, cabinets, and other heat-sensitive materials. Ensure at least 10 cm of clearance on all sides.
5. Plug the power cord into a grounded 230V electrical outlet.

4.2 Basic Operation

1. Place Food: Place food in the appropriate accessory (frying basket, mesh rack, or rotisserie fork). Do not overfill. Ensure food does not touch the heating element.
2. Insert Accessory: Slide the loaded accessory into the oven chamber.
3. Close Door: Ensure the glass door is fully closed.
4. Select Function:
   • For a preset recipe, press the corresponding menu button (e.g., "Chicken", "Pizza"). The default time and temperature for that recipe will be set.
   • For manual cooking, press the "Temperature" or "Time" buttons and use the +/- touch controls to set your desired values (80-220°C, 1-90 min).
   • For assist functions like Defrost or Reheat, select the corresponding button.
5. Start Cooking: Press the "Start/Pause" button. The interior light and display will turn on, and cooking will begin.
6. Monitor Cooking: You can view food through the window. You may pause cooking to shake or turn food for even results by pressing "Start/Pause". Press it again to resume.
7. End of Cycle: When the timer ends, the appliance will beep and switch off. The display may show "END".
8. Remove Food: Wearing the provided heat-resistant gloves, carefully open the door and remove the hot accessory. Place it on a heat-resistant surface.
9. Unplug: Once the appliance has cooled completely, unplug it from the wall outlet.

4.3 Using the Rotisserie Function

1. Skewer the food (e.g., whole chicken) securely onto the rotisserie fork.
2. Insert the ends of the fork into the slots on the skewer rack inside the oven.
3. Select the "Rotisserie" preset menu or set temperature and time manually.
4. Press start. The rotisserie fork will rotate automatically during cooking.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Warning: Always unplug the appliance and let it cool completely before cleaning.

• Wipe the exterior and interior walls with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
