Assembly
Place the suction base on a clean, smooth, and dry countertop. Turn the knob from "RELEASE" to "LOCK" to secure it.
Place the transparent barrel onto the base.
Select the desired blade (slicing, coarse shredding, or fine shredding) and insert it into the transparent barrel.
Align the connection port on the blade with the port on the handle. Press down the button on the handle and insert it. Release the button; you should hear a click indicating it is locked in place.
Operation
Ensure the grater is securely assembled and locked to the countertop.
Place the food item into the transparent barrel.
Use the food pusher to hold the food against the rotating blade. Never use your fingers.
Turn the hand crank handle steadily. The shredded or sliced food will collect in your container below the barrel outlet.
For soft cheeses that may clog, chill the cheese in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before grating.

Grater slips on counter: Ensure the counter surface is clean, smooth, and dry. Confirm the base knob is turned to "LOCK".
Food is not grating smoothly:
Check that the correct blade is installed securely.

Apply steady, moderate pressure with the food pusher.
Handle is difficult to turn: Ensure the blade is correctly installed and not obstructed by food debris. Disassemble and clean all parts.
Food is jamming in the barrel: Do not overload the barrel. Use the food pusher to guide smaller pieces through.
