Use Guide
Installing the Battery
- Ensure the impact wrench trigger is not depressed.
- Align the battery pack with the tool's battery port.
- Slide the battery firmly into place until it clicks and locks.
Removing the Battery
- Press the battery release buttons located on both sides of the battery pack.
- While holding the buttons, slide the battery out of the tool.
Checking Battery Charge Level
Press the power indicator button on the battery. The LED lights will illuminate to show the approximate remaining charge.
Charging Instructions
Note: The NEIKO 40063 battery requires the NEIKO 20V fast charger (sold separately).
- Plug the charger into a standard 120V AC wall outlet.
- Insert the battery pack into the charger. Ensure it is fully seated.
- The charger indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge is achieved in approximately 1.5 hours.
- Once charging is complete, remove the battery from the charger.
Safety Information
- Use only the specified NEIKO 20V charger. Using an incorrect charger can cause fire or explosion.
- Do not expose the battery to fire, excessive heat, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Do not immerse the battery in water or other liquids.

Maintenance and Storage

Troubleshooting
- Battery does not power the tool: Ensure it is fully charged and correctly installed. Check for debris in the tool's battery port.
- Battery does not charge: Verify the charger is plugged in and functional. Ensure the battery is correctly seated in the charger. Check the battery and charger contacts for dirt or damage.
- Battery gets hot during use or charging: This may be normal under heavy load or fast charging. Allow it to cool. If it becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and inspect for damage.
- Reduced runtime: This may indicate the battery is reaching the end of its service life. All rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge cycles.
