Overview
The ROVSUN Water Distiller is a countertop appliance that purifies water through the process of distillation. It boils water, captures the steam, and condenses it back into pure water, leaving behind contaminants and minerals.

Use Guide
Initial Setup & First Use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Wash the stainless steel inner tank and the plastic collection container with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Place the distiller on a stable, level, heat-resistant countertop surface. Ensure there is ample space around the unit for ventilation.
- Insert the water outlet soft catheter onto the spout of the stainless steel water outlet cap. Place the other end inside the opening of the plastic collection container.
- Fill the stainless steel inner tank with tap water up to the indicated fill line (4L / 1.1 Gallon). Do not overfill.
- Place the stainless steel inner cap and the water outlet cap assembly securely onto the main unit.
- Position the empty plastic collection container next to the unit, ensuring the soft catheter is correctly directing water into it.
Operating the Distiller
- Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF switch button to start the distillation process. The unit will begin heating.
- The distiller will produce approximately 1 liter of water per hour. A full 4L cycle takes about 4 hours to complete.
- The unit will automatically shut off when the cycle is finished, triggered by the built-in thermostat.
- After the cycle ends and the unit has cooled, carefully remove the collection container. The distilled water is now ready for use.
- To start a second distillation cycle immediately, press the reset button located on the front of the unit after the first cycle completes.
- When finished using the distiller, press the OFF button and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
NOTE: For best results and to minimize mineral scale buildup, it is recommended to clean the inner tank after every two uses. Do not let the unit boil completely dry if possible, as this bakes minerals onto the stainless steel.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential for performance and longevity.
Cleaning the Inner Tank:
- After the unit has cooled, pour out any remaining water from the inner tank.
- Add a small amount of the provided cleaning powder or white vinegar to the tank with warm water.
- Let the solution sit for at least 30 minutes to dissolve mineral deposits (scale).
- Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge to wipe the interior clean. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
General Maintenance:
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Ensure the cooling fan vents are kept free of dust and debris.
- Periodically check the charcoal filter. The included sachets are consumable and may need replacement over time based on water quality and usage.
- Always ensure the unit is completely dry before storing.

Troubleshooting
