#1 Dehumidifier does not work?

1.Make sure that the unit's plug is inserted properly into the power outlet. 2. Check whether Tank Full indicator blinking and empty the water in the water tank and then reposition the tank.

#2 Dehumidifier does not dry the air as it should?

1.Clean the air filter. 2 Remove the obstruction from the air inlet or outlet. 3.Please leave about 7.9inch around the product.

#3 The dehumidifier makes loud noise when operating.

1.Move the machine to a horizontal position. 2.Clean up the dust from the air outlet and air intake. 3.Please check whether the filter packing bag removed and install correctly.
