#3 I love this oven combination. It dies a great job. When I use the microwave for convection baking for bread, cookies, etc., can a metal pan be used? I know not to use metal when regularly microwaving.
The only recommendation listed for baking in convection mode per the Owner's Manual is as follows: Bake cookies and biscuits on pans with no sides or very low sides to allow heated air to circulate around the food. Food baked on pans with a dark finish will cook faster. Use metal bakeware (with or without a nonstick finish), heatproof glass-ceramic, ceramic or other bakeware recommended for oven use
