1. Overview
The Eigotrav PD-270 is a multifunctional emergency device combining a 6000A peak car jump starter, a 150 PSI portable air compressor, a power bank, and an 800-lumen LED flashlight. It is designed for 12V vehicles with petrol engines up to 7.5 litres or diesel engines up to 6.0 litres.

3. Key Features & Components
3.1 Main Unit & Display
The main unit houses the battery, compressor, and control interface.
- Digital Display: Shows battery level, tire pressure settings, and operational status.
- Control Buttons: For power, compressor mode selection, and light control.
- Ports: Includes USB output ports for charging devices and a Type-C input port for charging the unit itself.
- Air Hose Connection Point: For attaching the pump hose.
- Jumper Cable Ports: Clearly marked positive (+) and negative (-) outlets for the smart starter cable.
3.2 Smart Starter Cable
The cable features a clip-on design with built-in protection circuits. An indicator light on the clamp will flash to warn of incorrect connection (reverse polarity).
3.3 800 Lumen LED Light
The integrated light offers three modes:
- Flashlight: Steady beam.
- Strobe: Flashing light for emergency signalling.
- SOS: Distress signal mode.
4. Initial Setup & Charging
IMPORTANT: When you receive the unit for the first time, you must fully charge it before use, even if the display indicates a charge.
- Connect the provided USB cable to the unit's Type-C input port.
- Connect the other end to a standard USB power adapter (5V/2A or greater recommended).
- The display will show the charging progress. Charging is complete when the battery indicator shows 100%.
- It is recommended to start a vehicle only when the battery level is above 25%.
- To maintain battery health, recharge the unit every 2-3 months if not used regularly.
5. Using the Jump Starter
SAFETY FIRST: The device includes reverse polarity, over-current, overload, short-circuit, and anti-back-charge protection. Always ensure connections are correct. The indicator light on the smart cable will flash if a connection error is detected.
- Ensure the jump starter is powered off.
- Plug the smart starter cable firmly into the dedicated ports on the jump starter unit.
- Connect the red positive (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the car's dead battery.
- Connect the black negative (-) clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the car's engine block or chassis (a solid ground), not to the negative battery terminal.
- Turn on the jump starter unit.
- Enter the vehicle and attempt to start the engine. It should start within a few seconds.
- Once the vehicle is running, turn off the jump starter unit.
- Remove the clamps in the reverse order: black negative clamp first, then red positive clamp.
- Disconnect the smart cable from the jump starter unit.
- Recharge the jump starter at your earliest convenience.
6. Using the Air Compressor
- Power on the unit.
- Attach the pump hose to the unit's air outlet.
- Select the desired inflation mode using the mode button: Car Tire, Motorcycle, Bike, or Ball.
- Set the target pressure using the unit controls. You can switch the pressure unit between BAR, KPA, and PSI.
- Attach the appropriate air nozzle to the hose and connect it to the tire's valve stem.
- The digital display will show the current tire pressure. Press the start button to begin inflation.
- The compressor will automatically stop when the preset target pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the hose and turn off the unit.
7. Using the Power Bank & Flashlight
7.1 Charging Devices
Use a standard USB cable to connect your mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.) to one of the unit's USB output ports. The unit must have sufficient battery charge.
7.2 Using the LED Light
Press the light button to cycle through the three modes: Flashlight -> Strobe -> SOS -> Off. The light provides up to 800 lumens of brightness.

9. Troubleshooting

10. Precautions
- If the product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to fully charge it at least once every three months.
- During use or charging, if the product generates slight heat, it is normal and not a malfunction.
- lf the vehicle needs to be attempted to start multiple times, there should be a minimum interval of 60 seconds between each start attempt. lf the vehicle cannot start after 3-5 attempts, it is recommended to further check for other faults in the vehicle.
- Do not touch both ends of the battery clamps together during operation, as it may pose a safety risk. 5
- Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals of the battery clamps with the vehicle's positive and negative terminals, as it may pose a safety risk.
- Before setting the preset air pressure value, please ensure that the pressure unit selection is correct, as mixing units may lead to overinflation and pose a safety risk.
- The air pump inflation function works continuously for 10 minutes, with an interval of more than 5 minutes, and then continue to use after the machine temperature is reduced.
- After starting the vehicle, do not charge the product immediately. Leave it for more than 30 minutes until the battery cools down.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device to avoid damage or safety risks and voiding the warranty.
- Keep the product out of reach of children and store it properly.
- To ensure optimal charging performance, use a power charger (5V/2A) manufactured by a reputable manufacturer to charge the product.
- Please do not mistake the product for second-hand. In order to protect the LCD screen from being scratched, we put a protective film on it, and you can tear off the protective film along with the green sticker below.
- lt is recommended to use this product in a safe environment and avoid the following environments to mitigate safety risks:
- Damp areas and places prone to water splashes.
- Places with high temperatures, open fames, corrosive substances, or chemical gas hazards.
- Places with mud or sand.
- Places prone to falling.
- Places where flammable or explosive materials are stored.
- Places with severe vibrations or impacts.
